Arlene Hamlin Allman

East Bend – Arlene Hamlin Allman, 90, passed away Monday, November 2, 2026. She was born November 13, 1935 in Surry County to the late Eugene Hamlin and Gladys Draughn Hamlin.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl Hampton Allman; brothers, Carlise Hamlin, Bill Hamlin; and step grandson, Brandon Shore. She is survived by her sons, Carl “Travis” (Linda) Allman, Trent (Tara) Allman; grandchildren, Tiffany (Aiden) McCaul, John Travis Allman, Nate (Megan) Allman, Josh Allman; great grandchildren, Mason McCaul, Brielle McCaul, Macy Allman, Ellie Allman, Bryson Allman; step great grandchildren, McKenzie Shore, Jackson Shore; sister, Hazel Wilmoth; step great great granddaughter, Hadleigh Bullin; and several nieces and nephews.

Her graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, November 6, 2026 at Union Cross Friends Cemetery by Dr. Robin Dixon.

Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Allman family.
