Blanche "Beth" Harris Lott

Mrs. Blanche “Beth” Elizabeth Harris Lott, 76, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025. She was born June 22, 1949 in Surry County to the late Donnie Gwyn Harris and Verndell Brendle Harris. Mrs. Lott was a member of Boonville United Methodist Church where she was very active. She was a member of the Boonville Woman’s Club. Mrs. Lott was a graduate of Tift University in Georgia. She was a hard worker all of her life. Mrs. Lott enjoyed new adventures and traveling the world with her husband. She enjoyed oil painting and working with crafts. She is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Meade Clark Lott; her sons, William (Dawn) Lott, Tommy (Peggy) Lott; grandchildren, Rebekah (Worth) Shover, Kathrine (Jared) Bryant, Ben (Erika) Lott, Averie (Mariana) Lott, Isabella Lott, Alexander Lott; great-grandchildren, Noah Shover, Khole Shover, Worth Shover Jr., Scarlette Shover, Jack Lott, Josh Lott, Jonah Lott, Joseph Lott; brothers, Gwyn (Sandy) Harris, and John (Becky) Harris. The family will receive friends, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Boonville United Methodist Church. A celebration of life service will follow at 11:00 AM at the church with Rev. Jennie Stewart and Rev. Dr. Douglas Hume officiating. Burial will follow at Boonville Cemetery. The family would like to thank all of Mrs. Lott’s friends and family that she was blessed with over the last 15 years her cancer journey. Memorials may be made to Boonville United Methodist Church.
