Yadkinville – Bradley Reynolds Atkins, 56, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022. He was born November 17, 1965 in Forsyth County to Allison Ray Atkins and Lynne Reynolds Atkins. Bradley served in the U.S. Navy. His greatest passion in life was serving as a volunteer coordinator for the International Mission Board, where he and his family from 2002 – 2016 lived in Romania and Ukraine. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Atkins. Surviving is his wife, Melissa Miller Atkins; mother, Lynne Atkins; sons, Matthew Wayne (Sylvia) Atkins, Luke Reynolds Atkins; grandchildren, Joanna Beth Atkins, Eliza June Atkins, Dean Wayne Atkins; sisters, Allison (Jeff) Anderson, Ashley Branch; brother, Britt (Jecca) Atkins; and several nieces and nephews. His memorial service will be held 10:00AM, Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Two Cities Church, 854 West Northwest Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 by the Rev. Stephen Lorance. The family would like to thank Cirstoveanu Family from Romania, Novant Oncology Department, and Trellis Hospice for all the love and care shown to Bradley during his illness. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Atkins family.
