Yadkinville – Brenda Kay Baity Kimmer went home to be with her Lord, Saturday October 31, 2026. She was born on November 8, 1962 in Yadkin County to Blanche Dobbins Hutchens (the late Donald) and the late James Thurmond Baity.
Brenda lived life to the fullest. Enjoying every minute of every day the Lord gave her. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was always willing to help those in need. Whether it was to just talk, give advice or just listen, she was there.
Her greatest love was her family. She was always happiest being with them. Talking about past memories and creating new ones. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews. That was always a good time full of adventure, laughter and smiles, and a whole lot of mischief. They did no wrong in her eyes. They knew Aunt B would always keep their secrets. The bond she shared with them was special and will be treasured forever. Her brothers and sisters were a high light in her life. She was loved them dearly. From hanging at the shop with the boys to sitting and talking with the girls; she was up for it. She mostly would hang with the boys, as they were more adventurous, and she was always up for a good adventure.
Brenda was preceded in death by her father, James Thurmond Baity and Donald Gray Hutchens, her grandparents, Jess and Eula Dobbins, Will and Gertrude Baity, Nelson and Emma Hutchens, brother, Mickey Lane Hutchens, a great nephew and a great-great niece.
