Brenda Weatherman Walker

Mrs. Brenda Jane Weatherman Walker, 81, peacefully passed away Saturday, December 20, 2025, at her home. Mrs. Walker was born July 22, 1944, in Yadkin County to the late Richard “Toby” and Ora Mae Weatherman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gwyn Walker; and her sister, Texie Lou Weatherman Inscore. Brenda enjoyed playing the piano and studying the Bible at home and in church. She enjoyed going out with friends and family especially to her favorite restaurant, Cagney's Kitchen in Wilkesboro. Brenda loved all animals with an affection for puppies. She is survived by her niece, Linda (Odell) Adams; great nephew, Michael (Kara) Adams; great niece, Becky Spencer; stepchildren, Terry Walker, Tammy (David) Anderson; brother in laws, Gerald and Randy Walker; and special friend Roger Cook and family. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Walker family.
