Bruce Clark Cruise, 70, passed away Thursday June 20, 2024. He was born August 10, 1953 in Surry County to the late Howard Bruce Cruise and Merideth Louise Sparks Cruise. Mr. Cruise enjoyed doing carpentry work, and raising chickens. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Pamela Cruise; brother Harlan Cruise. Surviving are his wife of 53 years Rebecca Ann Harris Cruise; son Andrew Clark Cruise; sisters Tereasa (David) Adams, Lynn (John) Dobson; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM Monday June 24, 2024 at Mountain View Baptist Church. His funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM at Mountain View Baptist Church by Rev. David Childress and Rev. Bobby Watts. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Cruise family.
