Bulmaro Benitez Vega

Bulmaro Benitez Vega, 88, passed away on Sunday, November 23 at his home. Bulmaro was born in Guerrero, Mexico to the late Leandro Benitez and Benita Vega.

In addition to his parents, Bulmaro was preceded in death by his siblings, Bardo, Consepcioń, Margarito, Jose and his two sons, Raúl and Alfredo.

Those left to cherish Bulmaro’s memory is his wife of 70 years, Alicia Arroyo, his children, Nelida, Lupita, Irma, Salvador, Edith, Mireya, Ricardo, Elizabeth, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Bulmaro was known for his humor and jokes. He loved his family deeply, enjoyed playing loteria and watch boxing matches.

The family will visit with friends on Friday, November 28 at Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church.

Bulmaro Benítez Vega, de 88 años, falleció el domingo 23 de noviembre en su hogar. Bulmaro nació en Guerrero, México, hijo de los difuntos Leandro Benítez y Benita Vega.

Además de sus padres, a Bulmaro le precedieron en la muerte sus hermanos: Bardo, Consepcioń, Margarito y José y sus dos hijos Raúl and Alfredo.

Quienes atesoran su memoria son su esposa durante 70 años, Alicia Arroyo; sus hijos: Nélida, Lupita, Irma, Salvador, Edith, Mireya, Ricardo, Elizabeth; así como sus nietos, bisnietos y tataranietos.

Bulmaro era conocido por su humor y sus bromas. Amaba profundamente a su familia, disfrutaba jugando a la lotería y viendo peleas de boxeo.

La familia estará con amigos el viernes 28 de noviembre en la Funeraria Familiar Gentry de Yadkinville, de 17:00 a 21:00 h. La misa funeral se celebrará el sábado a las 9:00 h en la Iglesia Católica del Divino Redentor.
