Carol Martin Chappell Miller

Boonville – Carol Martin Chappell Miller, 86, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2026. She was born July 21, 1940 in Yadkin County to the late Fred Martin and Ethel Swaim Martin.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, 1st husband, James “Wade” Chappell, Sr.; 2nd husband, Billy “Bill” Charles Miller. She is survived by her sons, James Wade “Jamie” (Gina) Chappell Jr., Andy Dean (Tarinda) Chappell; grandchildren, Amber (Josh) Prince, Drew Chappell; great grandchildren, Roman Prince, Hallie Prince, Jonah Prince; sister, Betty Hodge; brother, Donnie (Wanda) Martin.

Her funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, November 9, 2026 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville by the Rev. Randy Johnson. Burial will follow at Longtown Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Monday at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
