HARMONY – Mr. Christian Meguel Dickens, 56, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at his home. He was born July 28, 1969 in Iredell County.

Chris loved his Harley Davidsons, hunting, fishing, shooting guns and just loving life. He was employed as a welder with C.S.I for many years and had a wealth of great friends there.

Chris was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Dickens, Grandparents, Raymond and Vivian Dickens, Bruce and Dorothy Everidge, and by several aunts and uncles.

Surviving are his mother, Diane Dickens (Darrell) Burch; his sister, Robin (David) Beck; daughters, Haigen (Carl) Privett, London Mosteller; three grandchildren, Peighton, Major, Ellie; nieces and nephew, Savannah, Summer, and Colton.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday July 24, 2026 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. His funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Holly Spring Baptist Church by Rev. Cliff Gwaltney, officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the nurses and staff of Davie County Hospice, for their exceptional care of Christian, and to all the family during this emotional journey.
