Yadkinville – Cynthia “Cindy” Lou Smith Brown, 66, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021. She was born September 6, 1955 in Rowan County to the late June Bailey Smith and Anice Lou Foster Smith. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Locksley Brown; son, Russell Gray Wright; and brother, Thomas Smith. Surviving is her grandchild, Dakota Evans; sisters, Martha (David) McBride, June (Lawrence) Whitaker; and brother, John A. Smith. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Yadkinville Pentecostal Holiness by the Rev. Shane Young.
