Jonesville – Clara Dell Tucker Collins, 79, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2022. She was born August 24, 1942 in Yadkin County to the late John Robert Tucker and Lula Willard Tucker. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Miles Vernon Collins; sister, Ethel Edwards; brothers, Jimmy Lee Tucker, Everette Tucker, Jesse Tucker, Denny Tucker; niece, Gloria Holland; nephews, Jeff Edwards, Ronnie Tucker, Lonnie Tucker. Surviving are her nieces, Janet Smith, Wanda Small, Sylvia Sherrill, Pam Ramsey, Diane Linley, JoAnn Lunsford; nephews, Randy Tucker, Wayne Tucker, Perry Edwards, Johnny Tucker, Jerry Tucker. Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, August 5, 2022 at Gentry Family Chapel by the Rev. Randy Johnson. Burial will follow at Marler Road Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is serving the Collins family.
