Cynthia Dusek Beaty

Mrs. Cynthia Dawn Dusek Beaty, 65, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2026.

She was born October 4, 1960 in Huntsville, Alabama to Wilfred Henry Dusek and Ruby Nell Nolan Dusek. She was preceded in death by her mother. Mrs. Beaty was a member of New Covenant Church in Mt. Airy. Cynthia loved yard work, from picking strawberries and blueberries to enjoying being outside in nature. In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 26 years, James Beaty; her children Josh Walker, Aimee (Paul) Sherrod, James Beaty, Justin Beaty, Jessica (Steven) Whitaker, Michael Beaty, and David Beaty; her grandchildren, Enzo Sherrod, Winry Rose Beaty, Atlas McKee, Jackson Sexton, and Jayden Sexton; her siblings, Theresa W. (Rafael Bellido), Regina, Samuel, Benjamin (Felicia), Timothy (Dorynda), Fredrick; nieces and nephews, Lance, Marcus, Curtis, Cory, Leighvi, Anissa, Traca, Stacia, Ian; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. The family will receive friends, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Covenant Church, 10420 NC Hwy. 18, Ennice, NC 28623. Mrs. Beaty’s funeral service will follow the visitation at 2:00 PM in the church’s sanctuary with Pastor Darian Byrd officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Gentry Family Funeral Service of Jonesville is serving the Beaty family.
