Darlis Jean Hauser Davis

Darlis Jean Hauser Davis, 92, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025. Mrs. Davis was born July 16, 1933 in Yadkin County to the late John Neal Hauser and Dora Hauser. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Melvin Gray Davis. Surviving are her son Michael (Janet) Davis; grandchildren Amanda (Aaron) Mays; step grandchildren Brittany Thomas, Nikki (Jeremy) Johns; great grandchildren Arwin Mays; step greatgrandchildren Adam Morgan; two brothers Ronald Hauser, Donald (Jean) Hauser. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Pm Thursday October 23 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in East Bend. Her funeral will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday October 24, 2025 at Gentry Family Chapel by Rev. Matthew Allen. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The family would like to say a very special thanks to the staff of the CICU and Hospice and Palliative Care Unit at Forsyth Hospital for the loving care given to Mrs. Davis.
