David Andrew Burchette, Jr.

David Andrew Burchette, Jr., 58, passed away Friday October 28, 2022. He was born June 1, 1964 in Surry County to the late David Andrew Burchette, Sr. and Shirley Jane Carter Burchette. Mr. Burchette loved fishing, dirt racing, deer hunting and Eagles. Surviving are his wife Judy Ashburn Burchette; children Natasha (Tommy) Zachary, Dwayne (Courtney) Burchette; step children Angie Nunn, Denny Jones, Christy Quinteros, Jeff Ashburn, and Roger Ashburn; many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; sister April (Freddy) Grubb; brother Scott (Amanda) Burchette; many family members too numerous to mention. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Tuesday November 1, 2022 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville. His funeral will be conducted at 2:00 PM following the visitation in the Gentry Family Chapel by Dr. Charlie Kennedy. Burial will follow at Island Ford Baptist Church. The family would like to say a very special thanks to the EMS, First Responders, and David Kennedy for all their support and help to the Burchette family.
