David Franklin Matthews

Mr. David Franklin Matthews, 63, passed away on November 23, 2023. He was born in Yadkin County to Franklin Aldean Matthews and Lillie Mae Brown. In his free time, David would watch John Wayne westerns. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a sister, Annette Dawn Sapp; and grandparents, Rosie Brown and Mannie & Bell Matthews. He is survived by his mother, Lillie Mae Brown; and sisters, Amy McFadden, Barbara Ann Matthews, Wanda K. Shore. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
