Mr. David “Dwayne” Nixon, age 62, passed away on January 25, 2022. Dwayne was born in Guilford County on April 27, 1959 to Estelle Lyons.  He was preceded in death by his brothers, Greg Nixon and Gary Nixon.

Dwayne loved watching TV, and enjoyed watching racing. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Estelle Lyons; sister, Darlene (James) Collins; brothers, Doug Nixon, Darrell (Billie Jo) Nixon; and several special nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to his special niece, Kelly Hall for all her loving care during Dwayne’s sickness.
