Donna Lee Coins

Donna Lee Carr Coins, 54, of Dobson, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Donna was born on October 29, 1971, to the late Ray Charles Carr, Sr and Carolyn Sue Gardener Carr.

Donna loved attending any races she could. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandbabies. She was a loyal member of Granite City Church.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her grandma, Florance Frazier and grandpa, Gwen Frazier. Those left to cherish Donna’s memory include her husband, Ricky Coins, daughter, Zoey Barger (Elijah), brother, Ray Carr (Jennifer), step-children, Shawn Bowman and Shanna Bowman, grandchildren, Dakota Johnson, Blakely Sue Barger and Nathan Logan Taylor. Also surviving is her half-sister, Barbara, aunts, Linda Tucker, Barbara Staffer, niece, Lynn Ann Smith and cousin, Mike Stafford.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, March 28, at Granite City Church at 1:00 PM with Pastor Larry Johnson and Ronnie Collins officiating.
