Dr. Jasmine LaDonna Chunn

Yadkinville – Dr. Jasmine LaDonna Chunn, 35, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023.  She was born October 19, 1987 in Forsyth County to Barry Keith Chunn and Roslyn Scott Chunn.  In addition to her parents, she was also survived by a sister, Kennedy Chunn; grandmother, Carolyn Scott; grandfather, Paul H. Chunn; and several cousins and other family members.  Her funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville by the Rev. Elizabeth Mock.  Burial will follow at Forbush Baptist Missionary Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service from 1:30 to 2:00 PM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is also serving the Chunn family.  Online condolences can be made at www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
