Elaine "Lillie" Bell

Elaine “Lillie” Bell passed away on the 17th of November, 2025. She was born on June 10th, 1953, to the late Virgil and Zaddie Long. Elaine had a deep love for her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them whenever she could. She also enjoyed reading and solving crossword puzzles. In addition to her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by her loving husband, Coy Seavon Bell; sister, Marie Groce; and brother, Wayne Long. She is survived by her children, Brandy Bell Inman, David Seavon (Megan) Bell; grandchildren, Coy Thomas, Bell Thomas, Sydney Bell, Abigail Bell, Danika Bell; sister Janet (Adam) Failla; and brother, Larry (Wilma) Long. The family would like to extend a special thank-you to the staff of Liberty Hospice of Lexington for their care and support of Elaine. A visitation will be held on Friday, the 21st of November, at Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held following the visitation in the Gentry Family Chapel. Elaine will be buried in Longtown Methodist Church cemetery following the funeral service. The staff of Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville will be serving the Bell family.
