Gerri Livesay Caudle

Mrs. Geraldine “Gerri” Livesay Caudle, 86, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Forsyth Medical Center after a brief illness. Mrs. Caudle was born December 4, 1937 in Halifax County to the late Troy Wayne Livesay and Cora Evelyn Dixon Livesay. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Caudle. She is survived by her children, Stephen (Clarice) Hershey, Chris (Susie) Hershey, Pam (Russell) Hershey Hampton, Beth Hershey Vestal, and Patricia Diane Hershey; grandchildren, Ronnie Hampton, Tyler Macemore, Amber James; and Gerri’s lifelong friend, Kay Allsbrook Outland. Mrs. Caudle was a graduate of the Realtors Institute in Chapel Hill. She was a proud Real-Estate Broker and worked for many years in medical administration. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 17, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 12:00 PM in the Gentry Family Chapel with Rev. Chris Thore officiating. Burial will follow in the Mitchell’s Chapel Church cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff at Forsyth Cardiac ICU for all the love, and care given to Gerri. Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville is serving the Caudle family.
