Harmon Lee DeHart

Hamptonville – Harmon Lee DeHart, 89, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2024. He was born October 21, 1935 in Forsyth County to the late William Gudger DeHart, Sr. and Elsie Virginia Widener DeHart. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a step-granddaughter, Christine Ann Lawson; brother, William Gudger DeHart, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Patty Lee Long DeHart; step-son, Jeffrey Dean Lawson; step-grandson, Taylor Dean Lawson; brother, James (Jean) Odell DeHart; brother-in-law, Terry (Teresa) Long; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 pm Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. A private service will be held at a later date.
