Harold Gray Wall

Harold G. Wall, after walking by faith for 81 years has seen his faith become sight. Harold was a faithful member of Liberty Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and grandfather. He loved his family and did all he could to provide for them both with physical means and spiritual guidance. He retired from RJ Reynolds after 33 years of service. He was always willing to help anyone in need. He was willing to share his faith with everyone he knew. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Solomon “Sam” and Magdlene Shore Wall. Also by his father and mother-in-law, Walter and Stella Hayes.

He leaves behind to cherish fond memories, the love of his life for 61 years, Carol H. Wall, a daughter, Sharon (Tim) Hawkins and a son, David (Julie) Wall. He is also survived by two grandsons that he adored and was so proud of, Cory N. Hawkins and Caleb Z. Hawkins. He is also survived by a brother, Ronnie (Sherry) Wall, a nephew, Jay (Amanda) Wall and niece, Parker (Michael) Johnson.

The family will visit with friends on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Liberty Baptist Church from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm with Pastor Noel Hawks. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
