Helen Spillman White

Mrs. Helen Gray Spillman White, age 81, passed away September 18, 2022. She was born September 16, 1941 in Yadkin County to the late Thomas Gray Spillman and Stella Missouri Vestal. She is survived by her husband, Satch White; children, Butch (Jennifer) Pendergrass, Randy (Pam) Pendergrass, Neal (Cindy) Pendergrass; step-children, Vonda (Jim) Coy, Jamey White; grandchildren, Lena (Steve) Gough, Corey (Brittany) Pendergrass, Jon (Naomi) Pendergrass, Rachel (Kenny) Hicks, Eli Pendergrass, Nathan Pendergrass, Delaney Coy; 9 great-grandchildren; her brother, Jimmy Dale Spillman. Her funeral service will be Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Forbush Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Poindexter officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Yadkin Christian Ministries, 117 Woodlyn Dr., Yadkinville, NC 27055 or to Jeanna Brown Memorial Scholarship, in care of Winston Salem Foundation, 751 West 4th Street, Suite 200, Winston Salem, NC 27101-2702.
