Henry Albert Binkley

Henry Albert Binkley, 74, passed away Monday February 28, 2022. He was born May 30, 1947 in Forsyth County to the late James Carlton Binkley and Ella Mae Smith Binkley. Preceded in death by parents; son Shannon Austin Binkley. Mr. Binkley served in the US Army. Henry loved baseball and was an avid New York Yankees fan. He loved going to his sons ballgames and in 22 years only missed only two games. Henry loved going to car shows, pitching horse shoes, and spending time with his family.   Surviving are his son Lance Binkley; grandson Khieryn Binkley; four sisters Marie Pyrtle, Betty (Bill) Doby, Rosie (Jim) Bowman, Jo Ann Leisure; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 AM Thursday March 10, 2022 at the VA Cemetery in Salisbury by Rev. Stephen Evans. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Binkley family.
