Hubert Wesley Price Jr.

Mr. Hubert Wesley Price, Jr, 83, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026. He was born August 5, 1943 in Forsyth County to the late Hubert Wesley Price Sr. and Ruby Holleman Price Speer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Mae Price; his daughters, Tina Marie Martin and infant daughter, Sherry Lynn Price. Mr. Price was a retired Chief Senior Master in the United States Airforce, having served his country faithfully twenty-two years and six months. During his service, he served in the Vietnam and Korean wars. Mr. Price loved hunting and his favorite pastime was fishing, especially at the Outer Banks for Red Drum. He is survived by his son, Mike (Vicki) Price; grandchildren, Allen Spach, Brittney Martin, Zachery Martin, Amber Carter, Michael Price, Chris (Madison) Price; great-grandchildren, Tyler Noble, Makayla Carter, Adeline Price, Ryker Spach, Wesson Spach, Deanna Martin, Michelle Lara; his brother, Terry (Terrese) Price; niece, Lori Lynn (John) Price; nephew, George Price; great-nieces, Jaiden Price and Jordan Price. The family will receive friends to share memories and celebrate the life of Mr. Price, Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. Full military honors will be provided following the visitation at the funeral home. Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville is serving the Price family.
