Jack Caudle Booze

Jack Caudle Booze, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022. He was born April 11, 1934 in Stokes County to the late Charlie and Effie Mae Caudle Booze. Jack retired as a supervisor from RJR and he owned and operated JB Pressure Washing for several years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in King. Jack loved cars and his pride and joy was a 1940 Ford, which he restored. He was a very talented man and could fix anything. He also loved beach, camping, and motorcycle trips, and Booze family reunions and spending fun times with family. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by twelve brothers and sisters, as Jack was the last of thirteen. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Judy Starr Phillips; children, David (Bess Leigh) Booze of Wilmington, Delaware, Robert “Bob” (Jenny) Booze of Salem, Virginia, Andy (Nancy) Booze of Walnut Cove; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one step great-grandchild; and his poodles, Holly and Ryder. Mr. Booze will lie-in-state, Sunday, December 11, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in East Bend. A graveside service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, December 12, 2022 at East Bend Friends Cemetery with full military honors provided by Yadkin VFW Post #10346 and National Guard Honor Guard.
