James Roger Steelman Jr.

Mr. James “Little Jimmy” Roger Steelman Jr., 55, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Yadkin County on April 4, 1968 to James and Pattie Steelman. He recently moved back to his hometown after living in Charleston, SC. He was a graduate of Garrett High School in North Charleston, SC. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Angela Steelman Reaves, and his nephew, Tony James Vestal. He enjoyed music, and composing songs with his keyboard and computer. Jimmy had a passion for art and drawing. The family will receive friends Friday, November 24, 2023 from 1:15 PM until 2:00 PM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
