Jamie Collins Sparks Shelton

Jamie Collins Sparks Shelton, 57, went home to be with Jesus, her Lord and Savior on Monday May 22, 2023. She was born April 4, 1966 in Yadkin County to the late William Roy Collins and Stella Carlton Collins. Jamie loved painting, Going to Christian Concerts, and spending time with her family. Surviving are her husband Scott Shelton; children Corey (Jessica) Sparks, Devin Sparks (Kylena Jenks), Jessica Shelton (Anthony) Lozy, Josh Shelton; grandchildren Kilian Sparks, Silas Sparks, Evan Sparks, Stella Lynn Sparks, Alena Jenks, Macklin Sparks, Nehemiah Lozy, Ezra Lozy; sister Phyllis Collins; brother Ronnie (Jean) Collins. Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday May 25, 2023 at  Gentry Family Funeral service in Yadkinville. Her funeral will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday May 26, 2023 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville by Dr. Jon Bowman. Burial will follow at Peace Haven Baptist Church Cemetery. The family would like to give a special thanks to Peace Haven Baptist Church and to Hanes Baptist Church for their love and spiritual support.  Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Shelton family.
