Jason Patrick Stimpson

Jason Patrick Stimpson passed away on the 13th of November, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 9th, 1980, to Herbert Junior and Patsy Stimpson. Jason had many enjoyments in life. He was a talented angler and loved fishing whenever he could. He also loved racing his RC cars and had a passion for drawing.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Herbert R. and Kate B. Stimpson; and maternal grandparents, Paul J. Sr. and Tena Dobson Hayes. He is survived by his son, Jaylin Marcus Stimpson; parents, Herbert Junior and Patsy Hayes Stimpson; sister, Shanta Stimpson; brother, Brian (Tonia) Stimpson; nieces, Andrea (Nicholas) Roberts, Amiayah Broadway; great-nephews, EJ and Preston Roberts; cherished friend, Nicole Cress, and her daughters, Kaylee and Khloe; uncles, Joseph Stimpson, Rev. Allen (Rosemary) Stimpson, Steven Hayes; aunts, Faye Stimpson, Annie Baylor, Kay Stimpson, Janet Brown; and a host of other cousins and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Julie from the Yadkin Dialysis Center for her care of Jason. A visitation will be held on Thursday, the 20th of November, from 11:00 A.M to 12:00 PM at Gentry Family Funeral Service of East Bend. A funeral service will be held following the visitation in the Gentry Family Chapel. The staff of Gentry Family Funeral Service of East Bend will be serving the Stimpson family.
