Jimmy Kyle Blevins

Mr. Jimmy Kyle Blevins, age 76, went home to be with the Lord, on December 19, 2021. Jimmy was born in Grayson County on May 14, 1945 to the late Johnny and Goldie Blevins.  He was also preceded in death by his son, Christopher Kyle Blevins; son-in-law, Keith Cudd; sisters, Chlorella (Wayne) Bowman, Mavis (Eugene) Hodge; brothers, James Blevins, JT Blevins; brother-in-law Leo Puckett.

Jimmy was a faithful member of Marler Road Baptist Church and loved his church family.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, working on cars, and doing woodwork.  He made many beautiful wood pieces for loved ones.  Jimmy loved and enjoyed spending time with his family and teaching them important life lessons.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 56 years, Lorean Billings Blevins; daughter, Jennifer Cudd; grandchildren, Cameron (Andrea) Cudd;, Nicole (Nick) Tait; great-grandchildren, Paisley, Kinsley, Brylee, Nova, Nathan and Nixon; sister, Mary Puckett; brother, Sam (Patsy) Blevins.

Jimmy will be available for viewing on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 12:00 – 1 PM at Marler Road Baptist Church in Hamptonville with the funeral following in the church at 1 PM, officiated by Rev. Randy Johnson. Burial will be at Marler Road Baptist Church Cemetery.  Online condolences may be made to www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
