BOONVILLE – Mrs. Judy Shore Booe, 76, of Ralph Road passed away Thursday, June 4, 2026 at the SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkin. She was born April 3, 1950 in Yadkin County to the late Coolidge and Lois Hayes Shore.

Mrs. Booe was retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and was a faithful member of Longtown Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mrs. Booe loved her family but especially enjoyed watching and spending time with her loving grandchildren and great-grandchild. She loved working outside in her garden, enjoyed watching baseball and pulling for either the Cincinnati Reds or Philadelphia Phillies.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Howard “Tink” Booe; her grandson, Nicholas Waddell; and by her sister, Christy Jester.

Surviving are her daughters, Julie Waddell and Stephanie Brewer; grandchildren, Ashlen Booe, Brantley Waddell, Ayla Brewer; great-grandchild, Cayden Richardson; her brothers, Ronald (Kim) Shore, Tommy (Denna) Shore; special nephews and nieces, Ryan and Amber Shore, Alex and Olivia Jester; and special cousins, Beverly Wagoner and Elaine Chipman.

The family will receive friends from 3-4 PM Friday at Longtown Pentecostal Holiness Church. Her funeral service will follow the visitation at 4 PM Friday in the church with Rev. Tony Goins and Rev. Zakary K Tharrington officiating. Interment will follow in the Longtown Cemetery.
