Heath Mauldin

Justin Heath Mauldin, 31, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024. He was born January 13, 1993 in Forsyth County to Ernest Jerome Mauldin and Donna Hardy Mauldin.  Heath enjoyed hunting, fishing, Eagle Scout, enjoyed playing in the band at Starmount High School, carpentry work, volunteered with special Olympics, and went on several mission trips. Surviving are his parents Jerome Mauldin and Donna Mauldin; children Colton Mauldin, Adlee Mauldin; sister Heather (Ritchie) Holbrook; mother of his children Kayla Talbott; niece Sydni Griffith; nephew Ross Holbrook; special friends Jared (Ariel) Sprinkle. A memorial service will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday April 12, 2024 in the Gentry Family Chapel by Rev.  Dennis Shaw. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is  serving the Mauldin family.
