Kathleen Wallace Burton

Jonesville Mrs. Kathleen Lee Wallace Burton, 65, passed away Friday, June 17, 2022 at Woltz Hospice Care Center. Mrs. Burton was born August 7, 1956 in Toledo, Ohio to Charles and Christine Ellis Wallace. She was a loving, kind hearted happy person and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Burton was preceded in death by a son, Nathan Bartz; and a brother, Timothy Wallace. She is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, James “Jim” Bramwell Burton; a son, Erik Bartz; two step children, John (Gina) Burton and Cathy (Jimmy) Campbell; two grandchildren, Ashley Emery and Alexis (Nathan) Ivinjack; two sisters, Becky Good and Nancy Swaim-Videla (Gary Allen); several nieces and nephews; and her K-9 companion, Maybe. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00AM, Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Shady Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Chris Benfield officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 prior to the service at the church. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Shady Grove Baptist Church and Woltz Hospice Care Center for the prayers, love and wonderful care given to Kathleen.
