Kathy Hunter Jackson

Mrs. Kathy Dean Hunter Jackson, 63, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2025. She was born June 11, 1962 in Davidson County to the late Hubert Dean Hunter and Carolyn Brown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Deborah Ann Hunter; and her brother, Danny Hunter. Mrs. Jackson enjoyed puzzles, collecting dolls, and she loved playing cards and was very competitive at any card game. She is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, Mike Jackson; her children, Kenny Jackson, Kevin (Danielle) Jackson, Amy Robertson, Adam Boome, Michelle Broome; seventeen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her brother, Scotty Hunter. A funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 7, 2025 at the Parklawn Memorial Gardens chapel with Pastor Phil Roberts officiating. Entombment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family would like to thank the staff of Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home for the loving care given to Kathy and her family.
