Kenneth Burton Seats

Mr. Kenneth Burton Seats, 73, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026. He was born in Forsyth County on August 26, 1952 to the late Charlie Burton Seats and Jewel Scott. Kenneth retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. He enjoyed staying busy and always finding something to tinker on. Kenneth loved going on vacations with his family and spending time with them. He enjoyed always being right about things. Kenneth will be very missed by those who loved him.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Beatrice “Beattie” Sizemore Seats; daughters, Kina (Travis) Hedrick and Shannon Queen; grandchildren, Hannah (Jordan) Garrick, Charli-Anne (Tyler) Green, Addison Queen, Morgan (John) Brown, and Travis Hedrick, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Brooks Garrick and Taelynn Brown; brother, Tony (Linda) Seats; and nephew, Tim (Paul) Seats.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2026 at Huntsville Baptist Church with Pastor Larry Trivette officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Huntsville Baptist Church, 4901 Courtney-Huntsville Rd, Yadkinville, NC 27055. Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville is serving the Seats family.
