Yadkinville – Kermit Stephen Maines, 76, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024. He was born February 17, 1948 in Chester County, PA to the late James Kermit Maines and Eva Mae Whitaker Maines. He is survived by his son, Brian (Marcie) Stephen Maines; grandchildren, Morgan (Brad) Mickalowski, Chelsea (Nick) Walters, Gavin Maines; and his K-9 companion, Sambo. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is serving the Maines family.
