Lisa "Beth" Barnes Nance

Lisa “Beth” Barnes Nance, 73, of Yadkinville, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026, at her home. Lisa was born on July 29, 1952, in Greenville, South Carolina to David Earl Barnes and Lillian Harllee Barnes.

Lisa deeply loved her family and found her greatest joy in caring for her children. She enjoyed reading in her free time.

In addition to her father, David Barnes, Lisa was preceded in death by her brother, Luke Barnes. Those left to cherish Lisa’s memory include her husband, William T. Nance, daughter, Katie M. Nance, son, Jacob M. Nance, brothers, Donald, Lee and Paul Barnes and mother, Lillian Barnes.

The family will have a private service at a later date.
