Lisa Shore Peavler

Winston Salem Mrs. Lisa Ann Shore Peavler, 45, passed away Monday, December 3, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Mrs. Peavler was born November 2, 1973 in Yadkin County to Ronald Shore and Brenda Gordon Driver. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Peavler is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, Jason Patrick Peavler; a son, Austin Peavler; step mother, Martha Shore; step father, Miles Driver; brothers, Rodney (Angie) Shore, Brandon (Natalie) Shore, Phillip (Christina) Dearman, Miles Driver, Kenneth (Crystal) Driver, and Joe (Carrie) Driver; two sisters, Amanda (Matthew) Caudill and Sandra (Joey) Gordon; mother-in-law, Phyllis (Tom) Conquest; brothers-in-law, Bradley (Reagan) Burge and Kevin Hall; and a special friend, Jeannie Jones. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 11:00AM, Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Gentry Family Chapel with Rev. Dean Chandler and Justin Hernandez officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00AM prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to WFBMC NICU Expansion Project, P.O.
