Mary Margaret Firenze

Mary Margaret Firenze, 33, passed away unexpectedly in a car accident on Saturday, December 24, 2022. She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on April 25, 1989 to Paul Junior Firenze and Margaret Walton Bujtas. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Ethel Walton. Mary is survived by her siblings, Joe Bujtas, Phillip Bujtas, and Priscilla Tynch, and many extended family members.

Mary loved Jesus, her mom, her dog Daisy, her family and friends. We take comfort that Mary, Mom, and Daisy are all together in heaven. Mary recently redevoted her life to the Lord and loved to share her favorite bible verse Matthew 6:10 " Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven". Mary enjoyed writing poetry, creating music, journaling, cooking and learning about new cultures. She will be remembered for her contagious laugh, spontaneity and free spirit. Everyone who had the special privilege to know her will miss her very much.

Memorial contributions may be made to NAMI National Alliance for Mental Illness (nami.org) or JED Foundation (www.jedfoundation.org), a non-profit that supports teen's and young adult's mental health.
