Micki Patton

Mrs. Meta “Micki” Patton, 84, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025. She was born in Forsyth County on May 12, 1941 to the late William and Ester Pfaff. Micki enjoyed many passions and hobbies through her life including traveling, visiting with friends and family, reading, cooking, volunteering (Guardian ad Litem), gardening, canning, and especially mowing her yard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, James “Sonny” Patton; her sisters, Nancy Holder, Robbie Hutchins. She is survived by her children, Randy (Melissa) Pfaff, Amanda (Daniel) Phillips, Christopher (Patricia) Patton, and Elizabeth Patton; grandchildren, Charlie (Mary) Johnson, Tristan Williams, Kylie Bledsoe, Jenna (Zack) Southern, and Tyler Stevens; great-grandchild, River Southern, Rowdy Southern; sisters, Patsy (Jim) Pfaff, Dell (Evon) Gentry; sisters-in-law, Rhonda Needham, Joann Long; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends. A funeral service will be 5:00 PM, Friday, June 6, 2025 in the Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville with Rev. Chris Benfield officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home.
