Olevia Brown Doub

East Bend – Olevia Druscilla Brown Doub, 89, passed away Monday, May 19, 2025. She was born April 21, 1936 in Forsyth County to the late Thad Brown and Minnie Matthews Brown. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward Eugene Doub; sister, Owillow “Tip” Hunter. She is survived by her sons, Steve (Kathy) Doub, Jeff (Melissa) Doub, Darrell (LeAnn) Doub; grandchildren, Bradley Bowman, Buffi (Jody) Vestal, Amanda (Joe) Williams, Nicholas (Tori) Doub, Anna Doub, Natalie Doub; great grandchildren, Alexis Bowman, Bethany Vestal, Westin Vestal, Cam Doub, Colly Doub, Tex Doub, Raylen Williams, Riley Williams; great-great grandchildren, Scarlett Addington, Lyla Addington. Her graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Baltimore Global Methodist Cemetery by the Rev. Bruce Updyke. Memorials can be made to Baltimore Global Methodist Church, 2419 Baltimore Road, East Bend, NC 27018.
