Patsy Bauguess Wiles Dudley

Patsy, you fought the good fight, you kept the faith, you finished the course well.  Angels ushered the sweetest Mama, grandma, grandma Patsy into the presence of God on September 27, 2023.  We will meet you by the river someday and we will rejoice and praise God forever and ever. We are so blessed to be your children. We love you Mama.  Patsy enjoyed cooking, serving others, and spending time with her great grandchildren. She was born June 28 to the late John Bauguess and Verna Ingool Bauguess. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Thomas Clay Wiles, second husband Sammy Ray Dudley; two sons Allen Wiles, Wayne Wiles; two sisters Selena Golden, Doris Duncan; 9 brothers Arvin, Jim, Fred, Charles, Clyde, Vaughn, and Bobby Bauguess. Surviving are her children Patricia (Michael) Friel, Deborah (Bernard) Benge; grandchildren Christopher (Jessi) Friel, David (Caroline) Friel, Justin (Rachel) Friel, Clay (Lindsay) Friel, Timmy (Tammy) Wiles, Dusty (Kristen) Wiles, Josh (Katie) Wiles, Stephen Benge, Rodney (Shannon) Benge; fourteen great grandchildren; two brothers Zeno Bauguess, Junior Bauguess.  The family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:30 AM Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in East Bend. She will lie in state from 1:30 -2:00 PM Saturday, September 30, 2023 at New Covenant Baptist Church. Her funeral will be conducted at 2:00 PM at the church by Dr. Steve Fowler. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family would like to say a very special thanks to Jessi Friel and the staff at Trellis Hospice Home for the loving care given to Patsy.
