Boonville – Peggy Sue Cleary Childress, 58, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018. She was born December 10, 1959 in Yadkin County to the late Alfred Glenn Cleary and Gladys Sneed Cleary.   In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Jimmy Lineberry.  Surviving is her husband, Curtis Franklin Childress; sister, Barbara Lineberry; brothers, Joe (Judy) Cleary, Claude (Nancy) Cleary; several nieces and nepfews.  Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 19, 2018 at Gentry Family Chapel by the Rev. Jerry Childress.  Burial will follow at Yadkinville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is serving the Childress family.  Online condolences can be made at www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
