Peggy Joyce Eskridge

Mrs. Peggy H. Eskridge, 81, passed away Monday November 22, 2021 at her home.  Peggy was born March 27, 1940 in Wilkes County, NC; daughter of the late Jeter L. Haynes and Cleo Harrell Haynes. She is preceded in death, other than her parents, her husband, Louie Michael Eskridge and 2 sisters. She is survived by her two sons; Michael Eskridge (Kathy) and Neil Eskridge, three grandchildren; Breanna Davenport (Taylor), Erin Eskridge and Kurt Eskridge, great granddaughter, Presley Swaim and several nieces and nephews. Peggy was a Cheerleader Coach for Starmount High School for many years and was a secretary for Neil Finger and Scooter Parker Attorney AT Law. She was a loving wife and cared for all her family and friends.  A celebration of life service will be conducted at 12:30 pm Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Arlington Baptist Church after church. The family will receive friends after the service at the church.
