Ralph Bradley Jarvis Bates, 39, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022. He was born September 5, 1982 in Yadkin County to Ralph Leroy Bates and Donna Kay Allen Bates. He enjoyed old cars, racing, and playing music. He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Kay Allen Bates; nephew, Keaton Goins and Leroy Goins. Surviving are his father, Ralph (Tesheka) Bates; children, Lawson Bates, Ella Bates, Layla Bates; sister, Deanna Bates (Mike Goins); brother, Lee (Christy) Bates; nieces, Kasey Bates, Lacey Bates; nephew, Kane Goins; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Monday May 16, 2022 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. His Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:30 PM Monday, May 16, 2022 at Gospel Chapel Church by Brother Ralph Casstevens and Brother Bill Bates. Burial will follow at Gospel Chapel Cemetery. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Bates family.
