Randy Dale Walker

Mr. Randy Dale Walker, 74, born February 1, 1951, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025 with his family by his side. He was the son of the late Hugh and Nellie Walker. In addition, he was proceeded by death by his brother, Jimmy Walker. Randy is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Dottie Walker, son Bobby Shane Walker (LeeAnn), son Jason Paul Walker (Lori), and his beloved grandchildren Amia, Gauge, Briley, and Adelyn. He was a veteran and proudly served in the US Army. He was the founder of H&W Auction Company and celebrated his 50th anniversary as an auctioneer & Real Estate Broker. Randy worked at Pepsi Cola for 42 years and retired as Regional Sales Manager. He was a member of Swan Creek Baptist Church. After retiring “Papa” enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed bird hunting, rabbit hunting, and driving and working his horses and mules. Randy was a light to be around. He was a caring and selfless man. Even through his health struggles he continued to be positive and put others above himself. He had a positive impact on the lives of those around him. Mr. Walker will be available for public viewing, from 8:30AM until 5:00PM, Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM, Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Swan Creek Baptist Church. His funeral will follow the visitation at the church with Rev. Randy Johnson and Rev. Scott Bishop officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Gentry Family Funeral Service of Jonesville is serving the Walker family.
