Raymond Andrew Burns

Mr. Raymond Andrew Burns, 54, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025. He was born on May 15, 1971 in Forsyth County to the late Tommy K. Burns and Linna Mae Bivens. Raymond enjoyed playing pool, gambling, playing cards, and eating iced honey buns.

Raymond is survived by his son, Trevor Burns; those that were like his children; Kalvin Gallimore, Shane Young, Taylor Smith, and Brittany Parks; and special cousins, Donna Kiger, Jody Chandler, and Jerry Priddy.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the Shannon Johnson, Ira Leonard and the Small family for sitting with Trevor at the hospital and giving him the love and care he needed while being there for his Dad.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
