Rebecca Chappell Billings

Jonesville – Rebecca Ann Chappell Billings, 73, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025. She was born March 22, 1952 in Surry County to the late Roman Chappell and Katy Lee Simmons Chappell. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Lester Billings. She is survived by her sister, Juanita (Lonnie) Nichols; brother, Michael Chappell; and several nieces and nephews. Her graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Crestwood Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Howard Luffman. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville is serving the Billings family.
