Robin Lynn Faw McCollum

Yadkinville – Robin Lynn Faw McCollum, 66, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024.  She was born December 24, 1957 to the late Robert “Bob” Faw and Nellie “Nell” Hoots Faw.   Robin was a devoted Nana and her grandchildren were her pride and joy.  She was survived by her husband, Andy Joe McCollum; children, Rachel (Seth) Davis, Rebecca (Michael) Dorman; grandchildren, Sawyer Davis, Finn Davis, Marcie Dorman.  Robin was a part of the Yadkin County School system for 30 years before retiring.   Most of her time spent in education was with her dear friend, Phyllis Oakes.  Her graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at Shacktown Church of Christ by Brother Rickey McCollum.  Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the McCollum family.  Online condolences can be made at www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
