Sharon Kaye Robertson went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 1st, 2026. She was born on the 26th of September, 1956, to Charles and Sue Mikles. Sharon had a love for the Lord and enjoyed spending her time reading her bible. She was a member of Forbush Friends Meeting and contributed greatly to the church. She had a wonderful talent for cooking and sewing, and would share her talents with friends and family. Sharon loved her family, including her fur babies, more than anything. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.

Sharon was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronnie; father, Charles B. Mikles; sister, Bonnie Quate; and niece, April Quate Densmore. She is survived by her sister, Terri (Jerry) Vestal; mother, Sue Mikles; brother, Ronnie (Robin) Mikles; nieces and nephews, Tonya (Samuel) Hall, Michelle (James) Collins, Jody (Buffi) Vestal; great nieces and nephews, Jarrett Hall, Hunter Hall, Abby Collins, Bethany Vestal, Westin Vestal; sister of her heart, Tru Speaks; step-son, Jeff Robertson; and step-grandchildren, Katie Robertson, Riley Robertson, Everleigh Robertson, Easton Robertson.

The family would like to extend a special thank-you to Sharon’s care givers, Annette Brooks and Leah Pilson, for their care and support they showed Sharon. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to The SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkinville. A private graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 4th in the Forbush Friends Meeting cemetery. The staff of Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville will be serving the Robertson family.
